He, born in 1936, is a well known expert in internal medicine and andrology entitled with professor and chief physician. He used to assume the surperintendent of Beijing Gulou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, surperintendent of Beijing Gulou Hospital of andrology, curator of Beijing hall of famous doctors, male disease vice chairman of china traditional Chinese medicine association, vice president of china medical qigong association, deputy secretary of medical exchange association of Taiwan and mainland china, vice chairman of internal medicine branch of Beijing traditional Chinese medicine association. In 1990, he was awarded as Beijing famous or old Chinese medicine practitioner, and later titled with one of national level. He born ed in a medical family, made up his mind to be a doctor since childhood because he had long been influenced by his father. Later, he became a student of a famous doctor Chen Shian. On one hand, he continue to read various medical books, and on the other hand, he went to the clinic with his teacher, and this experience laid on solid basis of both theoretical and piratical aspect for his future career. He had soon become a well known young doctor with over 100 patients every day. But this could not satisfy his teacher who ask him continue to read medical books. This made him extremely familiar with classical medical books such as Neijing, Nanjing , Shanghan, Jinkui, Bencao and some others. Beside, he is also interested in classical books of Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism, which helped him a lot for his career as a doctor. He also read monographs on internal medicine, surgery, gynecology, pedology, bone injuries and dermatology as well, and widely looked for friends and teacher in medicine. The theoretical basis he made in his early life helps him to achieve great success in clinic, education and research. |

Liu Yin: female, born October 1958, vice chief physician in gynecology, associate professor, mentor of graduate students, adviser of the CCTV program ¡°road to health¡±. She, who was graduated in 1982, was the academic inheritor of the famous doctor Yao Wuda which was acknowledged by experts. She has abundant clinical experience in treating dysmenorrhea, hysteromyoma, oophoritic cyst, endometriosis, uterus bleeding, and sterility. She has totally received 18000 outpatients and 140 consultation patients since she started her doctor career. In 16 years of clinical practice, she found that there is corresponding relationship between the Chinese medical terms ¡°kidneys¡ªiangui¡ªchongren¡ªbaogong¡± and the western medical terms ¡°hypothalamus---pituitary---ovary---uterus¡±. She differentiates diseases and gives treatments according to the characters of premenstrual period, mensdtrual period, and postmenstrual period, and emphases the kidney, liver and spleen, mainly using Chinese herbal medication, combined with modern examination methods, which make the treatments for dysmenorrhea pelvic inflammatory disease, and sterility more scientific and effective. She also initiates to use ultrasound to test ovulation in the treatment of sterility caused by dysfunction of ovulation with herbal medication. She also has published a paper named ¡°clinical observation of Tongjinlin on 268 cases of dysmenorrhea¡± in Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine.
Education: she passed the trial teaching and was authorized with teacher certificate of university, teaching gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine . In the class, she combines the clinical way of thinking with typical cases, which make the class more impressive. In total, she has 102 periods for undergraduate students, exchange students and junior college students; 249 periods for health school; totally 351 periods. She also clinically instructed 206 students for 824 periods.
Research: from October 1995 to March 1996, she had participated in the clinical designing and observation part of the task under national educational committee named ¡°experimental and clinical study of Shuangsenyinao granule on vascular dementia¡±. This task has been finished and was approved by ministry of health in 1998.2 as new drug. She also participated in institutional task named ¡°animal experiment of injection of mailuoning out of putamen for lumbago and scelalgia caused by intervertebral discs related diseases¡±, in charge of collection and delivery of cerebrospinal fluid. He is clinically good at treating common diseases of andrology, such as male sterility, middle and old aged benign hyperplasia of prostate, impotence, early ejaculation, prostatitis and other urogenital diseases; as well as health care with TCM, intervention therapy for sub-health state, and internal diseases such as headache, allergic rhinitis. |
