| Adnexitis is the inflammation of fallopian tube and ovary(salpingitis and ovaritis),it often occur with inflammation of connective tissue next to uterus and pelvioperitonitis, and it is difficult to distinguish these inflammations in clinical diagnosis, thus inflammation of connective tissue next to uterus and pelvioperitonitis are put into the range of adnexitis. In the inflammations of cavity of pelvis, the most commonly seen is salpingitis. Because of the adjacent relationship in anatomy between these organs, pelvioperitonitis, salpingitis and ovaritis are simultaneously existed and influenced each other. |
