| 1. Acute pyelonephritis:1) a sudden onste; 2)shakes, chilly;3) fever;4) general malaise, headache and debility;5) decreased food appetite;6) urinary frequency, urgent micturition and pain in urination;7) lumbago and feeling uncomfortable in renal region;8) point tenderness of upper ureter;9) point tenderness of ribs and waist;10) percussion tenderness over kidney region11) tenderness over urinary bladder region.
2. Chronic pyelonephritis:1)The symptom of acute episode maybe appear the same as acute pyelonephritis, but the symptom is more mild, even there is no general symptom such as fever, general malaise and headache etc. The symptom of urinary frequency, urgency and odynuria is not obvious; 2) edema; 3) hypertension.
3. Inflammation of urinary bladder and urethra: urinary frequency, urgent micturition and pain in urination, pain in the urinary bladder region; urethral secretions.
