The causative agents of pelvic inflammation disease are escherichia coli, streptococcus, staph staphylococcus and anaerobes, as well as some sexually transmitted pathogens such as herpes virus, chlamydia trachomatis, and mycoplasma etc.
Main route of transmission: transmitting by blood circulation, spreading by lymphatic system, spreading upward along genital mucous membrane and directly spreading after infected the adjacent organs. |
